Refund policy

  1. If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will notify you and send you a replacement order as soon as we can. For these purposes, delivery takes place when products are left at your delivery address or with someone else in accordance with your instructions.
  2. If you have received broken bottles or bottles that do not match your order, a replacement parcel can be arranged via our contacts page. Note that we will ask you for pictorial evidence of the damage, along with your order number. Without these items, we will be unable to process a replacement.
  3. We hope you will never have need to return our wonderful product. But should you require it, we will refund your purchase so long as we are notified within 7 days from the date of your order. Once you have notified us that you would like to make a return, you have 14 days to return the product to us. To receive a refund, the product must be returned unopened, containing all the bottles that you initially ordered, also unopened. Once notified, we can arrange the collection at a charge of £10, debited against the final refund amount. We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. While it is within your rights not to provide a reason for this, we do require proof of purchase in the form of your order number. You can arrange for a refund via our contacts page.
  4. For your own safety we reserve the right to contact your card issuer for the purposes of carrying out security checks.
  5. Any promotions, discounts or vouchers are single use only and not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated.
  6. Products offered by us are displayed on our website(s) in ‘real time’. This is to say that any product may be withdrawn from offer without notice.
